All prices are quoted basing on standard of packing methods in the currency of USD in term ofF.O.BHo chi minh CityPort(Incoterms 2000). Discount is also considered for large orders of more than 10x40DC.
Dimension and colour
Since all products are hand-made and fired in wooden kilns, normal tolerance of +/-5% in dimensions and variation of color are expected.
For any items requested by Customers and if those items is not in our availability, we need full detailed instructions and specifications to process.
Lead time
The lead-time of production is normally 60 days to 75 days for the 1st shipment, and 40 days to 55 days for re-orders. Depending on the designs and colors of products, this can be arranged earlier.
In order to make more convenience for Customers in payment we can accept both kinds of payment:
1. By Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight (L/C)

+Establishment of irrevocable letter of credit to our bank account with +/- 10% variance allowed. +The L/C must be opened and confirmed after one week of order confirmation. |
2. By Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)

+ 30% deposit has to be done after confirmation of order
+ The balance of Commercial Invoice amount will be paid within 3 working days against documents. Documents will be sent via Express, Fax or E-mail under Customers’ advices after receiving payment receipt.
