Enclosed pictures and full details of products will be presented to you within 8 hours of working day as soon as we receive your inquiry. All prices are quoted basing on standard of packing methods in the currency of USD in term ofF.O.BHo chi minh CityPort(Incoterms 2000). Discount is also considered for large orders of more than 10x40DC.
Dimension and colour
Since all products are hand-made and fired in wooden kilns, normal tolerance of +/-5% in dimensions and variation of color are expected.
For any items requested by Customers and if those items is not in our availability, we need full detailed instructions and specifications to process.
Lead time
The lead-time of production is normally 60 days to 75 days for the 1st shipment, and 40 days to 55 days for re-orders. Depending on the designs and colors of products, this can be arranged earlier.
